Furniture Direct warrants your items for one full year,
unless otherwise specified.
Return Policy
If within 30
days of your purchase being delivered you find yourself
dissatisfied with any part of your order, we will issue you
a full refund less 25% restocking/shipping fee plus
additional shipping fee.
Our return
policy is quite easy to understand. If you are not happy
with your purchase, for any reason, call us within 30 days
and we will have the item(s) picked up, and we will process
the return in a timely manner.
Cancellation Policy
If we are able
to cancel your order prior to being produced or shipped,
there is no cancellation fee. If your order is canceled
after it has been shipped or produced (custom orders) we
have a reasonable flat rate of 25% restocking/shipping fees.
Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance.

Furniture Direct does not commence in contracts with people
whom are not legally accountable to contracts, including:
people under the age of 18, people who are legally insane,
or people that are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Missing
planned delivery date: If a customer misses the planned
delivery date of a furniture delivery on two or more
occasions, that customer may have their order cancelled
without notice. Refund for the order will be given in
accordance to our cancellation after shipped policy.
Missed deliveries are subject to a $150 fine per missed
delivery.
Colors
We have tried
to display the products and attributes of the products on
the Website, including the colors of products, we are
offering for sale accurately. Because the colors you see
depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that
your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
